Administrative fees

Administrative fees

All fines and damages are subject to an administration fee. The minimum administration fee is CHF 60.

This fee reflects the effort to determine the vehicle in question, the person who was in possession of the vehicle at the time of the violation, and the address of that person.
The correct authorities must be determined and information manually submitted to those authorities.

With each step, both time and manpower must be considered financially. Therefore, the fee includes the submission of information, correspondence with the authority and all persons involved.
