Flat tyre

Please note that in case of a flat tyre, the repair of the tire is your responsibility.
In the event of a flat tyre, you have the option of driving to an Enterprise station in Switzerland to replace the vehicle, repairing the flat tyre yourself or contacting our roadside assistance service. Roadside Assistance includes, but is not limited to, on-site assistance for flat tyres and is an optional product, but is also available without paying a flat fee in your rental.

If you declined Roadside Assistance Protection (RAP) at the time of booking, you will be responsible for the cost of repairing the tyre and may subsequently seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

Please note that it is your decision to continue driving the vehicle with a damaged tyre and thus be responsible for any consequential damages, or to visit a garage to have the damaged tyre replaced. In this case, both tyres must always be replaced and the cost is the responsibility of the renter.

We recommend that you act immediately in the event of a flat tyre to ensure your safety and the safety of other road users.
