Renter Requirements

Documents:

The renter and all additional drivers must present a physical, valid driver's license at the time of rental. In addition to the valid driver's license, the main renter must present an official photographic identification (e.g. passport) and a credit card issued in their name. All persons with a driver's license not issued in Latin script (e.g. German, French, Italian, English) must carry an international driver's permit, in addition to their driver’s license from their country of origin.

Age:

The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years old. Renters between the ages of 21 and 24 may rent vehicles in the subcompact to standard, 5-seater minivan, small SUV/SUV (medium and standard) and van classes. Please note that a young fee applies to renters in this age group. Renters over the age of 25 may rent vehicles in all available classes without incurring any youth rate.

Payment Policy:

We accept payment by credit or debit card issued in the renter's name. It is essential to ensure that the method of payment used for the rental is in the same name as the primary renter.
