Roadside Assistance (RAP)

Enterprise offers roadside assistance to all renters. This includes 24-hour emergency service including on-site assistance with punctures, towing services, forcible opening of the vehicle if the keys are inside, jump-start assistance and tank refills of up to 5 liters.

The breakdown service is available in almost all European countries. The current list of countries is available at the rental station at the time of rental. By checking the appropriate box on the front of this form, the renter confirms payment of a flat fee that covers all roadside assistance services.

Roadside Assistance is also available without payment of this flat fee, in which case it will be charged at the actual cost incurred for each roadside service.  Roadside assistance coverage is an optional product. Before purchasing, you should check whether your private insurance is sufficient.

If you decline Roadside Assistance Protection (RAP), you must pay the applicable costs.

RAP is not an insurance policy.
