Enterprise - Smoking in vehicles

Smoking in vehicles

In all our vehicles, a strict no-smoking policy applies, which we expressly point out during the handover on the windshield and within the vehicles themselves. Each renter also confirms with their signature on the handover form that they have taken note of the no-smoking policy.

Please note that regardless of the extent of the nicotine odor or vehicle soiling, the removal of any traces of smoking always involves considerable additional effort. Should a special cleaning be necessary due to violations of the no-smoking policy, the renter will be charged an additional fee.

We would like to remind you that it is the renter's responsibility to draw attention to any defects during the vehicle handover. This includes, among other things, the identification of nicotine odor.
